IT Administrator

Position Overview: We are looking for a highly skilled IT Administrator who will be responsible for managing our IT infrastructure, including the iSeries platform, Power 9 migration, and Office 365 implementation. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our systems and maximizing their efficiency to support our business objectives. Responsibilities: Manage and maintain our IT infrastructure, including iSeries systems, Power 9 migration, and Office 365 services. Oversee the migration from System 36 to Power 9, ensuring a seamless transition and minimal disruption to business operations. Lead the planning, design, and implementation of Office 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and other collaboration tools. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop IT solutions that meet the needs of various departments. Provide technical expertise and support to end-users on iSeries, Power 9, and Office 365-related matters. Develop and maintain documentation, policies, and procedures related to IT administration and Office 365 implementation. Stay informed about emerging technologies and best practices in IT administration and Office 365 administration. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience managing IT infrastructure, including iSeries systems, Power 9 migration, and Office 365 services. Hands-on experience with iSeries administration, including hardware, operating system, and related software. Experience leading system migration projects, preferably from System 36 to Power 9. Office 365 implementation experience, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and other Office 365 services. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
