Commercial Branch Manager

Overview As a Commercial Branch Manager at Orkin, you will lead a high‑performance team, drive financial results, and cultivate an exceptional work environment. The role involves strategic leadership, new‑business growth, and ensuring customer service excellence within a company with 120+ years of pest‑management expertise. Responsibilities Lead all aspects of a branch upon completion of training. Provide leadership and strategic focus, motivating sales and service teams to achieve daily goals and results. Drive customer retention through development of a motivated team focused on Customer Service. Mentor and develop team members via field evaluations, coaching, and training opportunities. Manage Profit and Loss statements and invest strategically in growth while balancing expense margins. Identify operational deficiencies and implement improvement plans. Recruit, select, and train sales, service, and customer‑service staff, recognizing and developing talent. Qualifications Required: 3+ years of leadership experience in sales or operations. Valid driver’s license. High school diploma or equivalent. Focus on winning and driven to be the best. Persistence in conquering objectives. Preferred: Bachelor’s degree. Sales & operations leadership experience. Experience in a route‑based service environment. Commercial sales experience. Ability to relocate within the Midwest upon completion of training. Work Environment Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the duties with or without accommodations: Safely use a ladder within manufacturer’s weight capacity. Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc., including the ability to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) which sometimes requires an OSHA‑compliant respirator. Willing to work in different types of weather conditions.
