In this role, you’ll assist with daily operations, guide and motivate the team, and ensure exceptional customer experiences—especially when the manager is not on the floor. You will act as a key support to store leadership, helping maintain operational standards and contributing to a positive, high-performing sales environment.**Pay Range: $23–$25 per hour****Essential Duties and Responsibilities*** Support the Store Manager in daily operations, including opening/closing procedures and overall store performance.* Lead, motivate, and coach team members to drive sales, meet KPIs, and maintain a high-performing environment.* Provide training on customer service, product knowledge, and sales strategies.* Deliver and uphold exceptional customer service standards; handle inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.* Oversee inventory control, stock levels, and merchandising to ensure strong product availability and appealing displays.* Manage cash handling, POS operations, and ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.* Coordinate scheduling and staffing to support business needs and maintain operational efficiency.* Review sales performance and support the implementation of strategies to improve results.* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment.* Other duties as assigned. ## Pre-Requisites :**Qualifications:**To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.* 2+ years of retail supervisory or assistant manager experience, with at least 3 years in a KPI-driven sales environment.* Proven ability to drive sales, meet targets, and support overall store performance.* Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to coach, train, and motivate employees.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; bilingual abilities are a plus.* Experience with inventory management, merchandising, and retail operations.* Proficiency in POS systems, cash handling, and basic retail math.* Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.* Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.* Understanding of sales techniques, pricing, promotions, and customer service best practices.* Experience supporting hiring, onboarding, and training is a plus.* Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.Reference checks will be required upon offer.## **Salary Ranges (per annum):**$69,064.00 - $115,107.00Disclaimer: Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.Razer is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
