We are searching for a diligent and dependable Menial Online Worker to join our team on a full-time contract basis. As a Menial Online Worker you will support our organization by performing various simple and repetitive online tasks. Your responsibilities will include processing digital data assisting with routine online activities maintaining basic records and completing straightforward assignments accurately and on time. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented reliable and able to follow written instructions in a remote or hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete assigned menial online tasks such as data entry content tagging basic verification and record updating.
• Review and process digital content for errors completeness and adherence to simple guidelines.
• Maintain accurate logs of daily assignments and task completions.
• Identify and report inconsistencies or mistakes to supervisors as needed.
• Assist with the upload download and sorting of online files or information.
• Follow standard operating procedures and instructions for repetitive digital tasks.
• Respond to routine online communications and update records as directed.
• Support internal teams by performing basic online research or collecting specified information.
• Maintain confidentiality and data privacy throughout all assigned work.
• Collaborate virtually with supervisors and team members to ensure expectations are met.
• Monitor task deadlines and notify the team in case of any obstacles or delays.
• Suggest ways to improve efficiency within the workflow of repetitive tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or relevant experience a plus.
• 2 years of experience in online task fulfillment data entry or basic administrative roles.
• Proficiency with standard office software (Microsoft Word Excel web browsers) and comfort navigating online platforms.
• Ability to perform simple repetitive work with speed and consistency.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow step-by-step instructions.
• Basic written communication skills.
• Dependable punctual and able to work independently in a remote setting.

Compensation & Contract Benefits

• Annual Contract Rate: $40000$55000 per year commensurate with experience.
• Schedule: Full-time contract around 40 hours per week Monday through Friday.
• Contract Duration: Initial term with potential for renewal or extension based on performance.
• Work Arrangement: Remote or hybrid options according to organizational needs.
