Communications Manager - Change Management & Training Manager (QMS Implementation) Location: Parsippany, NJ - hybrid (3 days a week onsite) Compensation: $80 per hour on W2 About the Opportunity JSR Tech Consulting is seeking an experienced Change Management & Training Manager to support a major pharmaceutical organization's enterprise Quality Management System (QMS) implementation. This is a long-term consulting opportunity for a professional who excels at driving organizational change, leading communication strategies, and coordinating enterprise-wide training initiatives during large-scale system implementations. This role will work closely with project leadership, business stakeholders, and an external training vendor to ensure employees are prepared, informed, and equipped for a successful QMS rollout. Responsibilities Lead the overall change management strategy for the QMS implementation. Develop and execute communication plans that clearly articulate project objectives, timelines, milestones, and organizational impacts. Build and manage the training strategy for the implementation. Coordinate training activities across multiple business groups and departments. Partner with the external training vendor to develop, track, and deliver training programs. Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders. Identify change impacts, risks, and adoption challenges, and develop mitigation strategies. Collaborate with project managers, business leaders, and cross-functional teams to drive successful user adoption. Support organizational readiness activities throughout the implementation lifecycle. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a scientific or related discipline. 7–10 years of Training Management experience within the pharmaceutical industry. 7–10 years of Change Management experience within the pharmaceutical industry. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills. Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives in highly regulated environments. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience supporting or implementing a Quality Management System (QMS) .
