JMT Staffing Solutions is partnering with a growing commercial real estate organization in the Springfield area to identify an experienced Commercial Property Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for a property management professional who enjoys tenant relations, leasing, property operations, and working directly with ownership to help support a growing portfolio.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for commercial tenants
• Coordinate tenant move-ins, move-outs, and lease administration
• Assist with marketing and leasing available commercial spaces
• Manage tenant communications and address service requests
• Coordinate maintenance activities and vendor services
• Conduct regular property inspections
• Track work orders and ensure timely completion
• Assist with budgeting, expense tracking, and reporting
• Maintain accurate property records and documentation
• Support ownership with portfolio and asset management initiatives
• Perform administrative duties related to property operations

Qualifications:

Required:

• Minimum of 2 years of property management experience
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Experience using property management software (AppFolio experience preferred)
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Bilingual English/Spanish required

Preferred:

• Commercial property management experience
• Leasing and tenant relations experience
• Experience coordinating vendors and maintenance services
• Comfortable utilizing technology and AI tools to improve efficiency

Compensation & Benefits:

• $25-$30 per hour, depending on experience
