This role is responsible for executing precision assembly, integration, bonding, inspection, and testing activities in support of flight hardware and advanced aerospace systems./ppThe ideal candidate brings strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and experience working in regulated manufacturing environments. This individual thrives in a team-oriented setting, follows detailed work instructions with precision, and takes pride in producing high-quality hardware that meets demanding customer and engineering requirements./ppKey Responsibilities:/pulliPerform assembly, integration, bonding, and testing operations on aerospace hardware and components/liliExecute builds in accordance with engineering drawings, work instructions, travelers, and process specifications/liliSupport mechanical and electro-mechanical assembly activities using hand tools, fixtures, and specialized equipment/liliAssist with bonding, coatings, composites handling, and related manufacturing processes as required/liliConduct inspections and basic functional testing to verify product quality and conformance/liliMaintain accurate production documentation and ensure traceability requirements are met/liliIdentify and escalate nonconformances, material issues, or process concerns to leadership and Quality teams/liliCollaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality to resolve production challenges/liliSupport process improvements focused on efficiency, throughput, and quality enhancement/liliMaintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant work environment/liliAssist with new product introduction (NPI) builds, prototypes, and process validation activities as needed/liliSupport production schedules and delivery commitments in a fast-paced manufacturing environment/li/ulpRequired Qualifications:/pulliHigh school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or associate degree preferred/lili25+ years of experience in aerospace, defense, advanced manufacturing, or related technical industries/liliHands-on experience in at least two of the following areas: assembly, integration, testing, bonding, composites, coatings, or mechanical fabrication/liliAbility to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, travelers, and work instructions/liliExperience working in regulated manufacturing environments (AS9100 or similar quality systems preferred)/liliStrong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail/liliFamiliarity with precision measuring tools and standard manufacturing equipment/liliAbility to work effectively in a team-oriented, deadline-driven production environment/liliStrong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills/liliBasic computer proficiency for documentation and production tracking systems/li/ulpPreferred Qualifications:/pulliExperience supporting aerospace flight hardware or space-related programs/liliFamiliarity with cleanroom or controlled manufacturing environments/liliExperience with composite materials, adhesives, coatings, or thermal protection systems/liliAbility to perform basic electrical or functional testing activities/liliExperience supporting prototype or new product introduction (NPI) builds/liliLean manufacturing or continuous improvement experience/liliERP/MRP system familiarity/liliPrior experience in a high-growth or startup manufacturing environment/liliFlexibility to support overtime or alternate shifts as production demands require/li/ulpJob Details:/ppType: Full Time/ppBusiness Hours: 2:00 to 10:30 pm Monday through Friday, OT and weekends as needed/ppBase Location: Ontario, CA/ppTravel: Up to 10%/ppYour actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, and experience./ppTotal compensation will also include a comprehensive set of benefits including but not limited to: Company paid employee medical, dental and vision insurance.
