This role supports leaders, handles complex employee matters, and ensures HR practices align with organizational policies and employment regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead employee relations efforts, including investigations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions
- Partner with leadership on performance management, coaching, and employee concerns
- Provide guidance to managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Oversee and support HR staff and team operations
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies
- Support initiatives related to employee engagement and retention
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership responsibilities
- Strong background in employee relations and investigations
- Experience coaching leaders and managing workplace conflict
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Healthcare, nonprofit, or multi-site environment
- Experience supporting frontline workforce populations
