Family Nurse Practitioner
Spectrum Healthcare Resources is actively seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to join our dedicated Primary Care team at the Fairfax Ambulatory Care Center in Fairfax, Virginia. This is your chance to deliver high-quality care to our nation's active-duty military members and their families in a setting that prioritizes work-life balance, patient-centered care, and professional fulfillment.
Position Highlights:
- Full-Time, Predictable Schedule: 40 hours/week
- Manageable Patient Load: See just 1215 patients per day, allowing you to focus on delivering quality care not quantity
- Outpatient-Only Practice

Qualifications:
- Board Certification as a Nurse Practitioner (Family Medicine)
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience (Primary Care, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine)
- Graduate of an accredited Advanced Practice Nursing program
- Active NP license (any state accepted)
- Current DEA registration and BLS certification
- U.S. Citizenship required (government contract)
