Warehouse Associate IThe Warehouse Associate I is responsible for performing a variety of warehouse operations including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and ensuring inventory accuracy. This role requires reliability, strong attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to safety and teamwork.Job ResponsibilitiesReceive and inspect incoming shipments; verify contents against purchase orders.Accurately pick and pack orders according to customer specifications.Load and unload trucks using pallet jacks or forklifts (if certified).Maintain a clean and organized warehouse space.Perform regular inventory counts and assist with inventory audits.Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.Follow all safety policies and procedures.Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily operational goals.Education & ExperienceHigh school diploma or equivalent (required)Prior warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not requiredForklift certification is a plus (optional)Qualifications & SkillsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasksAbility to stand for long periods in a fast-paced environmentBasic math and computer skillsStrong attention to detail and organizational abilitiesAbility to follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environmentTeam-oriented with strong communication skillsForklift certification (a plus)**Pay starts at $20/hr and may increase based on relevant industry experience and certifications.**Lantronix Benefits (US)We offer our employees a total rewards package designed to meet the diverse and ever-changing needs of our employees and their families.
