LHH Recruitment Solutions is supporting a company in the west suburbs with identifying a part time temporary accounts payable specialist. This is a temporary role, part time, and hybrid. This person will support the accounting team with accounts payable.
Responsibilities: Review and process accounts payable Ensure payment accuracy and approvals in a timely manner Communicate with vendors Discrepancy resolution Reconcile vendor statements and accounts Manage the 1099 and W9 process Requirements: Minimum 2 years of prior experience in accounts payable Ability to be detailed and timely with payments ERP systems and advanced Excel experience Excellent communication skills Pay: $27-$30/hour Pay Details: $27.00 to $30.00 per hour Search managed by: Kellie Cory Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
