Your Responsibilities

• Conduct a variety of routine and complex clinical lab testsincluding chemistry, hematology, immunology, and beyondfollowing established protocols.

• Assist with sample collection and prep specimens for testing as required.
• Thoroughly document all procedures, lend guidance to new staff or students, and contribute to maintaining high lab quality standards.
• Uphold a tidy, safe workplace while complying with regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Educational Background

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or a comparable allied health degree that prepares for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be obtained within the first year of employment.
• Maintain your certification throughout your tenure.
