Hawks Cay Resort, the premier destination in Duck Key, Florida, is seeking dedicated and service-oriented Food Runners to join our dynamic team. As we unveil an enhanced resort experience in January 2025, we are committed to delivering world-class hospitality through exceptional service. Food Runners play a vital role in ensuring a seamless and enjoyable dining experience by expediting food delivery from the kitchen to guests, maintaining presentation standards, and supporting the restaurant team in delivering outstanding guest service.

Key responsibilities include delivering food orders from the kitchen to guests efficiently and accurately, ensuring food presentation and quality meet Hawks Cay Resort standards before serving, assisting servers by promptly responding to guest requests and inquiries, maintaining cleanliness and organization of service stations and dining areas, communicating effectively with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service, upholding Hawks Cay Resort's service standards and commitment to guest satisfaction, adhering to all health and safety regulations to ensure a clean and sanitary dining environment, and assisting with clearing tables and resetting dining areas as needed.

Qualifications include previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting, ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail, strong teamwork skills with a positive and proactive attitude, excellent communication and customer service skills, ability to lift, carry, and move items up to 30 lbs, ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods, and availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
