Patient Advocate Lead — Hybrid Care Navigator

Compass Health Center is seeking a Patient Advocate Lead in Oak Brook, IL for a hybrid role on-site 3–4 days per week. You will be the single point of contact helping patients navigate care, coordinating intake, and interfacing with billing when needed to keep focus on care. The role requires a bachelor’s degree (preferred) and 2–3 years of supervisory experience with 3–5 years in a professional office setting.
