About the Role
The Company is seeking a Managing Director for its French subsidiary, a pivotal role that involves leading a team of around forty employees and driving the transformation of the commercial model to a more consultative and solution-oriented approach. The successful candidate will be responsible for strengthening the subsidiary's management and economic performance, developing and engaging teams in a dynamic of change and sustainable growth, and aligning the subsidiary with the group's standards and ambitions. This leadership position demands a hands-on, visible style with a focus on clear and unifying communication, as well as the ability to foster links with the group and encourage the sharing of best practices across countries. Candidates for the Managing Director position should have a higher education degree in engineering, business, or a related field, and a proven track record in general management or business unit leadership with full P&L responsibility. Experience in industrial maintenance, equipment reliability, or industrial performance solutions, particularly in the context of commercial transformation and a consultative, value-creation-led sales approach, is essential. The role requires a leader with an entrepreneurial style, a strong focus on growth and results, and a management approach based on empowerment, coaching, and high standards. Fluency in English is a must, and the ideal candidate will have a genuine understanding of the industrial maintenance environment and client expectations among stakeholders such as Maintenance Directors, Reliability Directors, and Plant Managers.
