Office & Mailroom Coordinator: Inventory & Facilities
Encore
Encore is seeking an Office Administrator to support mailroom, facility contacts and inventory management in our office. You will handle postage, shipments, record retention, and enter orders in the EPC warehouse system. Responsibilities include managing mail, stocking supplies, coordinating office moves, and maintaining records. The role requires ability to lift up to 50 pounds and to work with Oracle and UPS WorldShip, with on-site hours and occasional on-call support. #J-18808-Ljbffr Encore
