Role Description The Program Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bakersfield, CA, responsible for overseeing ABA service programs and ensuring high-quality, individualized care. Day-to-day responsibilities include supervising and supporting clinical staff, coordinating treatment plans with BCBA(s) and therapists, and monitoring program performance and client progress. The Program Manager will work closely with families to maintain clear communication, address concerns, and help align services with client goals. This role also involves managing schedules and caseloads, ensuring compliance with clinical, ethical, and organizational standards, and contributing to continuous improvement of processes and service delivery. The Program Manager will collaborate with leadership to track key metrics, support staff development, and maintain a positive, inclusive environment for clients and team members. Qualifications Demonstrated experience in program or case management within ABA therapy, behavioral health, or a related human services field. Strong leadership and team supervision skills, including the ability to mentor staff, coordinate schedules, and support performance management. Excellent organizational and planning abilities, with proficiency in managing multiple programs, priorities, and deadlines. Clear, professional communication skills for collaborating with families, clinicians, and community partners; ability to document accurately and maintain confidentiality. Knowledge of ABA principles, clinical workflows, and relevant regulatory or ethical standards; experience working with neurodiverse clients is highly beneficial. Commitment to culturally responsive, inclusive care; bilingual or multilingual abilities (e.g., Spanish, Punjabi, Hindi) are a strong plus. Proficiency with basic office software and electronic records systems to track services, outcomes, and program data. Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, education, healthcare administration, or a related field; advanced credentials or BCBA certification are a plus.
