Fusion - Construction Loan Administrator Full Time Winter Park, FL, US Fusion Home Loans is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Mortgage Construction Loan Administrator to join our team in a full-time, remote position. This role is responsible for coordinating and overseeing construction draw requests, primarily supporting the construction of manufactured homes. You will help ensure funds are disbursed accurately and timely while keeping projects aligned with established loan requirements and construction milestones. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with multiple stakeholders, managing detailed documentation, and keeping projects moving forward. You will work closely with dealers, borrowers, builders, and Fusion’s internal mortgage team to review draw requests, monitor project progress, and help identify and mitigate potential lending and project risks. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and manage construction draw requests from submission through disbursement. Review draw requests to ensure they meet applicable loan requirements and construction milestones. Communicate regularly with dealers, borrowers, builders, and internal teams regarding project status and draw requirements. Monitor construction progress and confirm that requested disbursements align with the appropriate stage of completion. Maintain accurate and organized documentation within company systems. Track multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring deadlines and requirements are met. Identify potential discrepancies, delays, or risks and elevate issues as appropriate. Provide clear and timely communication throughout the draw process. Support the mortgage team in maintaining an efficient, compliant, and positive borrower experience. Qualifications Knowledge of manufactured home construction processes and terminology , with the ability to understand and assess various stages of construction. Previous experience in construction lending, mortgage lending, real estate, or a related field is highly preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook . Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time-management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with dealers, borrowers, builders, and internal teams. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and address potential issues proactively. What We're Looking For We’re looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of the construction draw process . The right candidate will have a strong understanding of construction or mortgage lending and enjoy working in a role that combines project coordination, relationship management, and financial oversight.
