Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with young individuals who face a range of emotional and psychological challenges. Your therapeutic interventions will be aimed at helping them navigate these challenges effectively. The goal is to guide them towards achieving their potential both academically and personally, fostering resilience and coping strategies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work (e.g., MA, MS, MSW, MFT, MHC, PhD, PsyD) from an accredited program.

• Active independent licensure in Oregon (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC) is required.

• Proven interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working in a high caseload environment, with demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize tasks effectively.

• Experience in telehealth or virtual therapeutic settings is considered an asset.

Compensation and Benefits\n
