Editor, Marketing Operations Material Review

Editorial position responsible for reviewing and editing pharmaceutical promotional materials across multiple formats to ensure accuracy, compliance, and quality standards. The role involves proofreading, content validation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams throughout the material review process.

Responsibilities

• Review and edit promotional and sales training materials for accuracy, clarity, and compliance with company guidelines
• Proofread pharmaceutical promotional content for consumer and professional audiences using electronic routing systems
• Validate materials for adherence to standards and confirm presence of required safety statements and references
• Perform quality checks and final content review of production files prior to submission and distribution
• Collaborate with Marketing Operations, Medical, Regulatory, and project teams to resolve content inconsistencies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or related field
• 5+ years of editing and proofreading experience
• Prior marketing, communications, or advertising agency experience
• Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat, MS Office suite, Veeva PromoMats, and DocuProof
• Knowledge of AMA style and medical terminology
• Strong written and verbal communication with attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in fast-paced environment
