Production Supervisor – Night Shift
Are you a reliable leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We are looking for a knowledgeable, detail-oriented Production Supervisor to guide our night shift team to success. If you are a hands-on leader who leads by example, prioritizes safety, and knows how to motivate a team, we want to hear from you!
In this role, you will take full ownership of the night shift's overall results. You will ensure our team meets safety, quality, and production goals every single night.
What You Will Do (Responsibilities)
- Lead the Team: Train, develop, and coach employees while building a positive, collaborative team culture.
- Prioritize Safety: Promote a strong safety culture and ensure total compliance with all safety programs and standards.
- Manage Operations: Handle shift scheduling, review and submit weekly payroll, and maintain strict company cleanliness standards.
- Drive Improvement: Lead and participate in workplace initiatives to boost efficiency and cut down on waste.
What We Need (Qualifications)
- Experience: Prior manufacturing experience is required.
- Leadership: A proven track record of successfully leading and motivating a team.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work flexible hours when needed.
- Commitment: A strong dedication to top performance in a safe work environment.
