Sodexo is seeking an experienced Registered Dietitian to serve as a Clinical Nutrition Manager at McLaren Bay Region Hospital, a 389 bed acute care hospital in Bay City, Michigan. In this role, you'll also have oversight of the clinical program at three regional McLaren sites. This leadership role offers the opportunity to work closely with a team of CNM's across the system and elevate Clinicia, Sodexo’s global brand for clinical and patient nutrition, across a large, diverse network. What You'll Do manage a clinical nutrition program within the acute care setting; supervise a team of inpatient dietitians across four accounts (5.5 FTE); collaborate on the implementation and management of Sodexo’s meal service program and menu management system; foster a culture of learning that promotes career growth and professional development; and drive Performance Improvement and Quality Management projects. What You Bring Registered Dietitian credentials and acute care experience; supervisory or management experience; excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills; and experience with regulatory accreditation, regulatory readiness and review, and establishing and maintaining standards of care. Qualifications & Requirements Minimum Education Requirement: Master's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND) For those eligible for the registration exam prior to 1/1/24: Bachelor's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND) Credentials Requirement: Meets eligibility requirements for Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/RDN) by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) and will become registered within 120 days of hire. In some states and/or facilities the RD/RDN credentials is required at the time of hire Certification/licensure as required by state(s) of practice. In some states and/or facilities state certification/licensure is required at the time of hire Minimum Management Experience: At least 13 months experience supervising and directing people and other resources to achieve specific end results within limited timeframes.
