Job Title: Senior Marketing Director Build and grow the Beauty Queens - find, activate, and keep the people who engage with us in the comments and carry us back to their group chats. Our goal is to build a closed community of advocates centered around people who love and obsess about make up. This includes in person community events that will help drive fandom and content. Stand up and run community systems - loyalty, CRM, and affiliate management, owned end-to-end from setup to optimization to help us build a Circle app community that is unmatched in the industry. Again, community at the heartbeat of building Leaked Labs and the credibility of the platform. Shape product messaging on social - sell the concept before the product. The problem, the maker, the comparison, then the object. Stories that convert without ever sounding like an ad. Own social content strategy - build founder-led formats with Alexis and Christina, including the docuseries that films a leak from raw material to finished product, and turn their voice into an engine that runs without a scramble every week. Assist with the LLAB education platform - contained in circle, the programs and rooms where our audience learns to tell the real thing from the loud one. Operate cross-functionally - move fluidly across media, product, and education alongside the founders and a lean team that ships. What You Bring 6-8+ years of marketing experience in beauty, ideally in color cosmetics or makeup. A real love for color cosmetics - not a category you were assigned. You know the culture, the customer, and why someone keeps a product on the vanity for two years. Proven social content leadership - you've built content strategies and communities that actually grew, and you can point at them. Hands-on community-building experience - you've run loyalty programs, CRM, and affiliates yourself, not briefed them out. Previous experience with Circle is preferred.
