About the Role:

As a Physical Therapist (PT) at Aspire Senior Living Joplin, you will be responsible for providing high-quality physical therapy services to our residents in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Your expertise will enable you to design and implement effective therapy plans, conduct evaluations and assessments, and educate residents on proper exercise techniques and strategies to promote overall health and well-being.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial evaluations and assessments to identify physical therapy needs and develop individualized treatment plans

• Develop and implement effective therapy plans to improve mobility, strength, and functional ability

• Provide one-on-one and group physical therapy sessions, as well as consultations with other healthcare professionals

• Conduct regular assessments and progress reports to measure treatment effectiveness

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care and optimal outcomes

• Maintain accurate and timely records of patient progress and treatment

Requirements:

• Current Physical Therapy licensure in the state of Missouri

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with diverse populations
