Identify, source, engage, and hire exceptional candidates for high-volume sales, customer service, and claims roles Collaborate with recruiters, business leaders, HR Business Partners, and other stakeholders to understand talent needs Provide strategic guidance and enact talent acquisition solutions Manage the full life-cycle recruiting process from candidate sourcing through offer creation Manage hiring deliverables and ensure the organization is staffed with qualified individuals Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, Organizational Development, and or related field, or 4 additional years of relevant work experience in lieu of a bachelor's degree 5+ years of related full-life cycle recruitment experience Experience in internet search optimization, innovative candidate sourcing programs, passive candidate mining and networking, pre-screening, interviewing, negotiating, and presenting offer packages Working knowledge of EEO and other applicable employment laws, policies, regulations, and compensation LinkedIn Recruiter experience Direct applicant tracking system (ATS) requisition management and applicant dispositioning experience Track record of implementing innovative techniques to attract and recruit diverse top talent Strong analytical and critical thinking skills Project and process management skills; highly organized and detail-oriented Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in full life-cycle recruitment, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation, while ensuring compliance with EEO and employment laws. Proven ability to implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract diverse talent and manage hiring processes effectively.
