The technician works on new construction projects, upgrades, and retrofits, ensuring systems meet customer specifications and operational standards. Key Responsibilities Install various commercial systems, including electrical wiring, security systems, and automation technology. Test and verify proper system operation after installation. Read and interpret installation manuals, blueprints, and technical specifications. Collaborate with project managers and other technicians to complete installations efficiently. Ensure all installations meet safety codes and industry regulations. Qualifications Experience in commercial system installation. Ability to use tools and equipment relevant to the role. Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills. Certification or licensing as required by state or local laws.
