HTech is a growing technology company providing software, websites, AI-powered solutions, ticketing platforms, golf course management software, and custom applications to businesses across the country. We're looking for an energetic, customer-focused professional to serve as both the face of our office and a key contributor to our business development efforts. About the Role The Client Engagement & Business Development Coordinator combines front office responsibilities with outbound business development. You'll greet visitors, manage incoming inquiries, support office operations, and help generate new business opportunities through prospecting, outreach, and appointment setting. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to build a long-term career in technology sales and business development. Responsibilities Client Engagement & Office Coordination Greet visitors and create a welcoming office experience Answer and route incoming calls and inquiries Support day-to-day office operations Assist with scheduling, communications, and administrative tasks Business Development Research and identify prospective clients Conduct outbound calls, emails, and follow-up activities Generate interest in HTech products and services Schedule qualified meetings for the sales team Maintain accurate CRM records and activity tracking Team Collaboration Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Leadership teams Support lead generation campaigns and special projects Share customer and prospect feedback with internal stakeholders Qualifications Required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable speaking with customers and prospects by phone Strong organizational and time management skills Professional, dependable, and self-motivated Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Preferred Customer service or administrative experience Sales, appointment-setting, or business development experience CRM experience Interest in technology and SaaS products What Success Looks Like Creates a positive experience for visitors and callers Consistently schedules qualified meetings for the sales team Maintains strong follow-through and organization Supports company growth through proactive outreach Represents the HTech brand professionally and positively Career Growth This role is designed as an entry point into business development and technology sales.
