HR Generalist

A growing organization in the Kalamazoo area is seeking an HR Generalist to support day-to-day human resources operations while helping create a positive employee experience. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, staying organized, and working across multiple areas of HR in a professional office setting. HR Generalist $26-$31/hour | Full-Time Kalamazoo, MI What You'll Enjoy: Full-time, Monday-Friday schedule Opportunity to support employees throughout the entire employment lifecycle Diverse responsibilities across HR, recruiting, and administrative functions Hands-on experience working with HR systems and employee records Collaborative office environment with opportunities to expand your HR knowledge A role where no two days are exactly the same What You'll Be Doing: Respond to employee questions regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits Coordinate onboarding activities, employee changes, and offboarding documentation Maintain confidential personnel files and ensure employee records remain accurate Enter and update employee information within the HRIS Assist with recruiting by posting openings, scheduling interviews, and supporting the hiring process Prepare and update HR forms, job descriptions, and other internal documents Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed What We're Looking For: Previous experience in human resources, office administration, or an HR support role Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and strong data entry skills Experience using an HRIS or other employee database systems Familiarity with onboarding, personnel records, recruiting, or other HR processes Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism If you're looking to continue building your HR experience while supporting a collaborative team, we'd love to connect with you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
