Your Role Awaits

• Performing detailed patient evaluations, ordering tests, and developing tailored care plans
• Diagnosing and managing both acute and chronic health conditions, whether in collaboration with physicians or independently as per your credentials
• Instructing patients and families on preventive care, overall wellness, and managing ongoing health concerns
• Prescribing medication and treatment modalities within your professional scope

Your Educational Background

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
• Graduation from an approved Nurse Practitioner program

Certifications Required

• Current certification as a Nurse Practitioner in North Carolina
• National certification in your field, such as Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP or ANCC) or its equivalent
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (or ability to obtain these within 90 days)
