100x GTM / Growth Lead

We are looking for ONE person to run the whole go-to-market engine at Vista Social, top to bottom. Not to oversee a headcount of 50. Not to spend the day in meetings. Not to draft plans for someone else to carry out. A single operator who designs the machinery behind world-class growth at scale, then judges the results with an eye sharp enough to separate excellent from mediocre.

About the role

Vista Social helps thousands of brands and agencies run their entire social presence in one place, and were building a lot of that experience around AI now, from our agents to Ask Vista. Were looking for a Growth Lead to own how people discover Vista Social and become happy, paying customers. Youll set the growth strategy and run it yourself, with room to build a team as we scale. Youll work closely with our founders and own the growth numbers.

This is a hands-on role. Youll be senior enough to shape the plan and still happy to get in and run the campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Own signups, trials, activation, and revenue across the full funnel
• Run demand generation across paid, content, SEO, social, and email
• Turn our AI features into positioning and campaigns that convince people to try us
• Test constantly, measure honestly, cut what isnt working, and put more behind what is
• Improve conversion at every step, from first visit to signup to paid
• Work with product and sales to smooth the path from interest to customer
• Hire and grow a small team as we scale

Qualifications

• Youve driven real, measurable growth at an SMB or product-led SaaS, with numbers you can point to. We care about self-serve growth, not long enterprise sales cycles.
• You know the social, martech, or creator world and how agencies and brands buy.
• Youve marketed AI solutions and can make them feel genuinely useful rather than gimmicky.
• You do your best work at a startup, move fast, wear a lot of hats, and dont need much process.
• You can build the strategy and execute it today, and grow into leading a team.

Nice to Have

• Hands-on experience with PLG growth tooling, analytics, and experimentation frameworks.

• A network in the social media, agency, or creator ecosystem.

• Experience being an early or first growth hire at a startup.
