Our client, a leading logistics and warehousing organization, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be part of the Customer Support Department supporting warehouse operations and client relations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Darien, WI

Pay Range: $18/hr

Shift: Monday through Friday 6AM - 2PM

What's the Job?

• Respond to all customer inquiries and complaints concerning work-orders, shipments, inventory counts, etc.
• Report customer feedback to management to improve service quality.
• Act as liaison between customers and warehouse for account administration, invoicing, and credit adjustments.
• Generate all paperwork and information required for customer work orders, including special requests and order tracking.
• Provide clerical support by maintaining order paperwork, answering phones, and operating office equipment.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 0-2 years of related work experience in customer service or clerical roles.
• Proficiency with computer skills including Microsoft Office, WMS, typing, and data entry.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset.
