Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team in Elkhorn, WI. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional service to customers, handling inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring a positive customer experience from start to finish. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently in internal systems
• Provide timely updates on order status, shipping, and product availability
• Resolve customer concerns, complaints, or discrepancies with professionalism and urgency
• Collaborate with internal departments (sales, production, shipping, and accounting) to ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Assist with billing questions, order adjustments, and returns as needed
• Support team initiatives to improve customer service processes and efficiency

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
• 13 years of customer service or administrative experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Outlook and Excel)
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment
• Positive attitude with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction

Job Type & Location

This is a permanent position based out of Elkhorn, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $25.00/hr.
