Field Project Manager

Overview Various/Remote - Eastern and Central Time Zones. The Field Project Manager for the Automotive Team is an indispensable project team member focusing on deliverables pertaining to OEM brand standards in automotive dealership roll-out. The Field Project Manager will implement and enforce brand and facility image design requirements. Travel is required (4-6 times per month). The role requires being innovative, decisive, and able to work in a highly-collaborative, team-based environment; approachable and outgoing; able to gain trust quickly and establish relationships. Responsibilities Track project construction status, serve as the primary POC to GC/Architect/Owner during construction, and guide questions during the construction process. Communicate with ChangeUp, our client, owner, and vendors (including educating dealers regarding OEM procedures and programs). Present creative solutions that adhere to OEM facility design intent. Travel and conduct site visits with automotive dealers and their teams to document construction status, enforce design standards, and answer program-related questions. Qualifications A bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Planning, Construction, or Interior Design. A minimum of 4 years of experience. Proficiency in reading and enforcing construction drawings. A love of working collaboratively with a team. Bonus points if you have previous retail facility design experience. Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit.
