Registered Respiratory Therapist (Specialty: Registered Respiratory Therapist) Location: Aberdeen, Washington Start Date: 07/27/2026 Contract Duration: 13 weeks Weekly Pay: $1,831–$1,964 Shift: 12‑hour nights (3x12), 36 hours per week (1730–0600) Guaranteed Hours: 0.0 Key Highlights Weekly pay: $1,831–$1,964 per week Schedule: 36 hours per week on 12‑hour night shifts (1730–0600) Start date: 07/27/2026 Contract duration: 13 weeks Setting: Hospital, travel assignment Housing assistance available; potential extension opportunities Responsibilities Provide, coordinate, and direct individualized respiratory care based on assessment, plan, implementation, and evaluation Administer prescribed therapies (bronchodilators, airway clearance, oxygen, ventilation support) and monitor patient responses; adjust as needed Monitor ventilator settings, blood gas results, and device alarms; communicate changes to the multidisciplinary team Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes; participate in rounds and care planning Support OB‑related respiratory care as needed; function with a minimum of supervision after orientation Assist with patient transfers and position changes; adhere to safety, infection control, and equipment maintenance protocols Requirements Current Washington State license as a Respiratory Care Practitioner BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications (maintained as required) Education: graduation from an accredited respiratory care program; eligible for WA licensure Experience: prefer one year of current acute care experience; new graduates considered Ability to work the listed shift (1730–0600) and the physically demanding aspects of the role (lifting up to 50 pounds, pushing/pulling heavy loads, patient transfers) Strong OB‑related respiratory care experience preferred Benefits and Support Housing assistance options available for long‑term assignments 24/7 recruiter and travel support Extension opportunities beyond the initial 13‑week contract Dedicated support throughout the assignment Nationwide assignments through the staffing program #J-18808-Ljbffr
