Chief of Staff

About the Company We are a growing professional services and niche consulting firm seeking a Chief of Staff to serve as the right hand to the founder. This is a high-trust, high-visibility role focused on driving execution, aligning priorities, and bringing operational clarity to a fast-moving business. About the Role You will act as the connective tissue across the organization—ensuring initiatives move forward, leaders are aligned, and nothing critical falls through the cracks. This is not an administrative role. This is a force multiplier. Responsibilities Executive Leverage & Execution Translate founder vision into clear priorities, initiatives, and action plans Drive execution across key projects—ensuring timelines, accountability, and outcomes are met Act as a strategic thought partner in decision-making and problem-solving Operational Rhythm & Accountability Build and manage meeting cadence (weekly, monthly, quarterly) to drive focus and follow-through Track key initiatives and KPIs across the business Hold leaders accountable to commitments and timelines Cross-Functional Alignment Coordinate across departments to ensure alignment on priorities and resource allocation Identify bottlenecks, gaps, and inefficiencies—and solve them Improve communication flow across leadership and teams Special Projects & Strategic Initiatives Lead high-impact projects on behalf of the founder (growth initiatives, process improvements, org design) Conduct analysis and present recommendations to support key decisions Step into ambiguous problems and drive them to resolution Organizational Clarity Help define roles, responsibilities, and expectations across the team Support development of systems, processes, and documentation to scale the business Bring structure to a growing organization without slowing it down Qualifications Proven experience in a Chief of Staff, Operations, Consulting, or similar strategic execution role Background in professional services, consulting, or a client-driven business Strong operator—able to move from strategy to execution quickly High level of ownership, discretion, and judgment Excellent communication skills—clear, direct, and concise Comfortable working in ambiguity and building structure where none exists Experience supporting or working closely with a founder or executive leader Pay range and compensation package $150,000 base salary Performance-based bonus High-impact role with direct access to founder and leadership Opportunity to shape and scale a growing firm Equal Opportunity Statement We are committed to diversity and inclusivity in our hiring practices. #J-18808-Ljbffr
