Responsibilities Maintains safety and cleanliness of the work station and surrounding areas Interacts in a courteous and professional manner with all staff, applicants and employees Creating Job Posting in ICIMS for open positions helps managers with interested applicants to move forward through the hiring process. Drug Testing Referrals Work Card Referrals Background Checks Process and enter new hire packets obtains required signatures Input employment data into Oracle Assembles personnel file Processes Employment Verifications Keeps Essential Functions are up to date Maintains Job Postings for Bulletin Board Conducts new hire orientation Maintains Employee Bulletin Boards Assists with employee events and activities Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested. Qualifications Minimum of one year receptionist/customer service experience Basic computer experience Ability to handle busy peak periods Excellent internal and external customer relations Must be open for constant interruptions and ability to set priorities Exuberance and passion for people a must Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to maintain a positive and fun workplace GED / High School Diploma Must be able to speak and understand English.
