Office Professional III, Registrar Location: Donald D. Sherrill Education Center, Lincoln, Nebraska Hours: 260 days, 8 hours/day (Full‑time) Pay: $23.30 per hour Start Date: Immediately Job Description Candidate is a positive team member who establishes a professional and respectful rapport with students, staff, parents, and visitors. Strong communication skills, collaboration, and teamwork are required. Responsibilities include organization and management of clerical and communications within the school, supervision of the office, maintaining the main calendar, scheduling for the building, handling mailings and correspondence to families, managing budget and student registrations, coordinating with transportation, and other duties as requested by the principal. Qualifications Must work independently with strong organizational, oral and written communication, word processing, and data entry skills. High school diploma or GED required. Office experience in a school setting preferred. Knowledge of Synergy, Archibus, CORE, and Google applications preferred. Citizenship, residency or work visa required. Dress Code and Training Dress code: black, navy or khaki pants and a navy blue, black or grey polo. All staff are trained with Handle with Care to support students and other staff as needed.
