Our client, a leading organization in the energy and environmental sector, is seeking a Contract Administrator to join their team. As a Contract Administrator, you will be part of the Contract Management department supporting various administrative and contractual processes.

Job Title: Contract Administrator | 1 year contract - potential to extend

Location: Remote

Pay Range: $35-$42/HR

What's the Job?

• Oversee scoring committees, including provisioning systems access to members, scheduling & facilitating meetings, and maintaining contact lists.
• Route contracts and track progress until contracts are signed.
• Facilitate staff in leveraging various contractor pools for their needs, including sending out bids, evaluating proposals, and entering Task Work Orders with awarded firms.
• Assist with routine and complex Assignment Agreements and support various administrative functions related to solicitations and contracts.
• Support additional tasks as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the Contract Management team.

What's Needed?

• 3-6 years of experience working in contracting or financial database systems.
• Experience with Oracle PeopleSoft and/or Salesforce platforms.
• Associates or Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
• Strong work ethic and integrity, with exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
