We are a patient‑oriented integrative and functional medical practice in Mission Valley. We are looking for a detail‑ and task‑oriented, energetic, caring, positive, and people‑oriented team player for a front desk position. You must be friendly, outgoing, comfortable, and confident speaking with people, willing to work hard, able to quickly learn and demonstrate many new procedures, manage multiple tasks at once, and produce measurable results. This position requires someone who is well‑organized, manages their time well, and is capable of thinking on their feet and making common‑sense decisions. Most importantly, we want someone who has a desire to help people! Job Responsibilities Phone management Patient admissions and records Checking patients in and out, taking payments, turning rooms over, opening and closing clinic Ability to quickly learn and demonstrate many new procedures We are looking for someone long‑term to grow into the position, so please do not apply if you are looking for short‑term work. You must have reliable transportation and be willing to work in Mission Valley.
