Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. This includes responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification. Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations. QUALIFICATIONS Self-Sufficient Demonstrates the ability to work independently, take initiative, and solve problems without constant supervision. Organizational Skills Maintains structured processes and systems to manage workload, track progress, and ensure accuracy in all tasks.
