We’re a friendly, close-knit personal injury law firm located in the beautiful historic Allentown district, and we’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our team. ** What You’ll Do **

· Draft, review, and file legal documents, correspondence, and pleadings

· Assist with case preparation, including discovery, depositions, and trial support

· Manage attorney calendars, deadlines, and scheduling

· Maintain and organize case files (both physical and electronic)

· Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel in a professional and friendly manner

· Conduct legal research and summarize findings

· Prepare exhibits, evidence binders, and other trial materials

· Provide general administrative support to keep the office running smoothly

** What We’re Looking For **

· 3–5+ years of experience as a legal assistant or paralegal

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Ability to manage multiple tasks while staying calm and organized
