Founded in 2015 in São Paulo, we have gained extensive expertise in sourcing, recruiting, and placing tech talent across Latin America. And this video for a client case study : As an International BDR, you will: Generate qualified net-new meetings & sales pipeline within target mid-market and enterprise accounts within the United States and Canada, through cold calling, emails, and social outreach. Connect with key stakeholders to build awareness of Revelo and understand their pain points. Identify influential individuals to reach out to with targeted, personalized messaging. Maintain a high level of weekly activity, including calls, emails, and LinkedIn messaging. Focus on validating phone as a key communication channel for generating sales opportunities. Make 80-100 quality phone calls per day, aiming for 10 qualified conversations. Achieve or surpass monthly quotas of outbound qualified appointments to meet pipeline objectives. Use Salesforce, SalesLoft, Apollo, and other systems to track activities, tasks, and meetings. Develop a strong understanding of our products, services, and target markets, alongside sales skills for career growth. Collaborate with Revelo Account Executives to execute outreach campaigns and meet revenue targets. You'll be great for this position if you: Are a fluent, native English speaker. Have at least 2 years of previous sales experience. Possess successful B2B sales experience in IT staffing, permanent recruiting, or SaaS, with a track record of meeting/exceeding quotas. Have interacted with decision-makers for at least 2 years. Have a hunter mentality and profile. Have excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong business acumen, and relationship-building experience. Consistently exceed targets and demonstrate proactiveness. Have excellent active listening skills. Are motivated and eager to succeed in a goal-driven role. Understanding of technical roles is a plus — our work involves software developers. Promote a sense of urgency for reaching goals and key deliverables. Are customer-focused, consultative, and comfortable discussing technology and talent trends with VP-level executives. Are coachable and eager to learn. Thrive in a fast-paced tech environment. Are organized and detail-oriented. Possess exceptional time management and prioritization skills. You'll stand out if you: Have participated in formal sales training, especially around cold outreach and cold calling. Have success selling to large accounts (over 500 employees).
