Title: Head of Supply Chain

An aerospace manufacturing organization is seeking a Head of Supply Chain to lead and transform its endtoend supply chain function. This individual will take ownership of sourcing, planning, logistics, and supplier management in a highly regulated, complex environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end supply chain strategy including sourcing, planning, procurement, logistics, and materials management
• Drive supplier performance, cost optimization, and risk mitigation across a complex global supply base
• Build and scale SIOP / planning processes to improve forecasting, inventory, and delivery performance
• Lead supplier transitions, network stabilization, and operational execution
• Partner cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and quality to support production and new product introduction
• Develop and mentor a high-performing supply chain organization
• Establish scalable processes, KPIs, and governance to support growth

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in supply chain leadership within aerospace, defense, or regulated manufacturing
• Proven experience owning end-to-end supply chain operations
• Strong background in strategic sourcing, supplier management, and planning (SIOP)
• Experience operating in complex, high-mix, low-volume manufacturing environments
• Demonstrated ability to build structure, teams, and processes in underdeveloped or evolving organizations
• Executive-level communication and ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders

• Hands-on leader comfortable operating strategically and tactically
• Experience navigating ambiguous or high-growth environments
• Track record of driving transformation, cost savings, and operational improvement
• Strong understanding of aerospace quality and compliance requirements
