This individual will take ownership of sourcing, planning, logistics, and supplier management in a highly regulated, complex environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end supply chain strategy including sourcing, planning, procurement, logistics, and materials managementDrive supplier performance, cost optimization, and risk mitigation across a complex global supply baseBuild and scale SIOP / planning processes to improve forecasting, inventory, and delivery performanceLead supplier transitions, network stabilization, and operational executionPartner cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and quality to support production and new product introductionDevelop and mentor a high-performing supply chain organizationEstablish scalable processes, KPIs, and governance to support growthRequirements15+ years of experience in supply chain leadership within aerospace, defense, or regulated manufacturingProven experience owning end-to-end supply chain operationsStrong background in strategic sourcing, supplier management, and planning (SIOP)Experience operating in complex, high-mix, low-volume manufacturing environmentsDemonstrated ability to build structure, teams, and processes in underdeveloped or evolving organizationsExecutive-level communication and ability to influence cross-functional stakeholdersIdeal ProfileHands-on leader comfortable operating strategically and tacticallyExperience navigating ambiguous or high-growth environmentsTrack record of driving transformation, cost savings, and operational improvementStrong understanding of aerospace quality and compliance requirements
