Position Details:

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current Delaware license as an SLP with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Experience in school-based settings preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Commitment to fostering a positive educational experience for diverse learners

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech and language assessments for students K-12
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEPs
• Provide direct speech therapy services, supporting students’ academic success and social development
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other education professionals to ensure comprehensive support
• Monitor students’ progress and adjust interventions as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with state and federal special education regulations
