Job Description

• Perform hands-on electrical and mechanical troubleshooting across manufacturing and facility equipment.
• Support preventative and predictive maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime and reliability.
• Diagnose and repair PLC, HMI, motor control, and automation-related issues.
• Maintain and troubleshoot production equipment ranging from approximately 1-150 HP.
• Work with Siemens, Allen-Bradley, VFDs, motor controls, and Delta systems.
• Support facility maintenance activities and ensure equipment remains safe, compliant, and operational.
• Partner closely with Production, Quality, and Operations teams to quickly resolve equipment-related issues.
• Assist with equipment upgrades, installations, and continuous improvement projects.
• Follow GMP and health & safety requirements while maintaining accurate maintenance documentation.
• Provide technical expertise and leadership within the maintenance function while remaining highly hands-on day-to-day.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Maintenance Supervisor should have:

• 10 plus years Strong electrical and mechanical maintenance experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience supporting large-scale production equipment.
• PLC programming and troubleshooting experience.
• HMI programming experience.
• Experience with Siemens and Allen-Bradley controls.
• Strong knowledge of VFDs, motor controls, and industrial electrical systems.
• Dietary supplements, nutraceuticals, pharmaceutical, or GMP-regulated food manufacturing experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish highly preferred.
• Ability to work a 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM shift with flexibility as needed.
