Paid Search Manager Responsibilities Build and maintain effective, productive relationships with assigned client(s). Supervise a dedicated team in the creation, optimisation and execution of paid search campaigns. Manage up to two Search Associates, supporting their onboarding and professional development. Act as the day‑to‑day execution point person for the Director of Search on all aspects of paid search. Execute day‑to‑day campaign management, ensuring performance targets are met and exceeded. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align paid search strategies with broader marketing objectives. Provide strategic analysis and recommendations to improve campaign performance and ROI. #J-18808-Ljbffr
