Real Estate Portfolio Associate ($90k-$110k + bonus)

Portfolio Associate | Commercial Real Estate | Hybrid - Boston About the Company: Our client, a well-respected real estate investment firm in Boston, is seeking a Portfolio Associate to join their team. Reporting to the Senior Director of Research & Portfolio Management, this role supports valuation, financial modeling, and portfolio analysis across a large real estate platform. Responsibilities: Maintain and update real estate portfolio models using Excel, Argus Enterprise, and Yardi Support quarterly valuation and reporting processes through data analysis and modeling Assist with asset reviews, variance analysis, and appraisal coordination Help analyze market data and support valuation methodologies Ensure accuracy of assumptions and model inputs Support the preparation of reports and analytical materials for internal stakeholders Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Accounting, Economics, or related field 2+ years of analytical or financial modeling experience Strong Excel skills required; experience with DCF modeling preferred Argus Enterprise and real estate experience are a plus Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities This is a full-time role offering a salary range of $90,000–$110,000 plus bonus and strong benefits.
