Human Resources Assistant
Virtual Vocations Inc
To support a temporary HR initiative, the part-time Human Resources Assistant will extract and organize data from HR systems, assist with various HR operations, and maintain personnel files while working remotely for a duration of 5-8 weeks. Key Responsibilities Extracts, organizes, and files pay statements and other documents from the HR system Provides support for HR operations including data entry, onboarding, and benefits administration Maintains personnel files and ensures the integrity of employee data Required Qualifications Relevant Human Resources, administrative, or customer service experience Basic knowledge of Human Resources practices and labor laws Experience entering and extracting data and documents quickly and accurately Proficient with the MS Office suite, particularly Excel Demonstrated knowledge of AI tools and their applications in HR functions
