ABOUT OUR AGENCY: Our agency opened in 2018 and has grown into a team of seven who work together in a supportive, family-oriented environment. Before becoming an agent, I worked in retail management, where I developed strong leadership skills and a passion for building high-performing teams.

I hold an M.B.A. from the University of Houston-Clear Lake and am married with a daughter. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, staying active with sports, and getting outdoors whenever possible.

Community involvement is very important to me. I serve as a board member for Keep Pearland Beautiful, volunteer with Pearland FFA and the Houston Livestock Show, and am a member of the Pearland Lion's Club. Giving back and staying connected with the community we serve is a big part of who we are as an agency.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Chris Tulloch - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
• Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
• Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
• Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Willingness to engage in sales conversations.

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
